I found the location excellent for walking into the city center and Albert Dock. Arriving by train was easy. The train station was a short walk. The breakfast buffet included many choices. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds with clean towels.

the hotel's proximity to the qpark car park proved very convenient, alongside its central location. breakfast was amazing with a wide selection and fresh products. the coffee was also very good. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near albert dock, along with pubs and restaurants, and shopping at liverpool one. the proximity to albert dock allows convenient access to multiple bus tours. the lime street station is also reachable in approximately 13 minutes by foot.

the room i occupied had modern décor and was very clean, it provided a comfortable environment. complimentary water and cookies were provided in the room, and tea-making facilities were available. the windows offered great soundproofing, which ensured i had a peaceful stay.

my room lacked some expected amenities. I found no TOILET brush in the bathroom and the kettle needed constant manual holding to boil. also, the building site nearby was not disclosed before my arrival and it was very NOISY.

the hotel location was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and fresh options (i really enjoyed the pastries). parking was easy with the discount provided through the hotel.

broken air conditioning substandard cleaning

the hotel location was fine, close to what i needed. the room was quiet.

the air conditioning was broken and the room was very hot. the cleaning was substandard with splashes on the bathroom door. i won't stay again because of the bad air con.
